After activating ZBrush 3.12 you will need to update to version 3.12B in order to take advantage of this update's optimizations and feature enhancements. For a full list of enhancements please click here.

Begin by downloading the update from:

Download Zbrush 3.12^B

After downloading the ZBrushOSX312BUpdate.zip, double-click it to extract the "ZBrush 3.12B Update" folder to your computer. Open that folder and select the ZBrushOSX 312B.app. Copy this file and paste it into your "Applications\ZBrushOSX 3.12" folder. It must be placed in the same directory as your ZBrushOSX.app file.

You will now be able to run either the original ZBrushOSX or the new ZBrushOSX 312B application. It is of course recommended that you use the 312B version, which can be dragged onto your Dock for easy access.

By default, the Zbrush 3 documentation is not included in the application installer. To access it through the ZBrush help palette, you must download the help installer below which will copy to documentation in the appropriate folder.

Installation steps:

1. Download the documentation installer by clicking on the link above.
2. Quit Zbrush if it's already launched.
3. Double-click on the Installer icon to execute it.
4. During the installation process, the installer will copy the files in the default Zbrush location on your hard drive. If you previoulsy changed the folder location, change itin the installer the Zbrush path.
5. Launch ZBrush when the installation process is done.
6. To open the Help, click on the "help" palette on the top right of the Zbrush interface.
