Tips-N-Tricks: Editing Topology

Click the image to play the movie or click here to download the movie.

In this short video, I adjust the topology of my DemoMaquette_Female figure using ZBrush’s topology feature.

To do this, I use my model’s pre-existing topology. I start by selecting a ZSphere. Then press Tool: Topology: Select Topo and choose the DemoMaquette_Female model from the pop-up. The model comes in with all its topology lines already created and ready for editing.

Nice Ryan, I haven’t tried just editing the Topology by itself without having a clone rigged, this will make certain things easier.
Any ideas on how to solve the whole finger/toe issue for low meshes, other than working at subd2 or adding extra edgeloops? this is talked about in the Top&Flow lab.
